Since 1981, Concept2 has set the standard by which all other indoor rowers are measured. Rowing is a low-impact full-body exercise for all ages and abilities. The Model E stands 6” higher off the ground than the Model D for easier access. A rugged frame and nickel-plated chain make it low-maintenance. The PM4 monitor (standard) supports ANT+ heart rate data, and a firmware upgrade is available at www.concept2.com/utility that enables compatibility with select ANT+ fitness watches.

NOTE: PM4 (2006-2008) with firmware versions 15-29 are not compatible with ANT+ heart rate monitors using extended ID (See our FAQ for more info). To support heart rate monitor using extended ID, the PM4 firmware need to be  330 and above.
