Hotel accommodations are not included in your registration fee, but for your convenience we have reserved a block of rooms at the Delta Lodge.
Please contact the Lodge directly at the link below to take advantage of our conference rate of $208-$217 CAD (per night, double occupancy Delta Guestroom, includes 2 Queen beds. Note there is an additional charge of $25 CAD per adult occupying a guestroom over and above 2 adults, to a maximum of 4 adults per room).
Please note that the deadline for this room rate is August 21, 2009. After this time, rerservations and rates are subject to general availability.
To take advantage of the full Symposium program, plan to arrive on Monday, October 5 and depart on Thursday, October 8.

Note: If you want to take advantage of some personal time in this stunning setting, the Lodge will also extend these rates for 2 days prior and 2 days after the Symposium dates.
