Kris Ardis, Maxim Integrated
Kris Ardis is the Executive Director of the Microcontroller, Security, and Software group at Maxim Integrated. He has been with Maxim for over 20 years. Kris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas.
Kyle Seaman, Sentenai
Kyle Seaman leads product for Sentenai, a Boston-based company building infrastructure to automatically manage sensor data for advanced analytic applications. Kyle works with companies in the manufacturing and agriculture space building predictive maintenance and IoT applications. Previously, Kyle was Director of Farm Technology at Freight Farms, where he built a network of IoT-enabled, smart, hydroponic farms and lead data science initiatives around yield optimization and farm performance. Kyle is a member of Canadian Entrepreneurs in New England (CENE).
Ray Maker, DCRainmaker
Ray Maker is behind DCRainmaker.com - which focuses on endurance sports technology and training and was ranked as one of the 50 Most Influential people in running by Runner’s World magazine in 2015. The site produces the most in depth reviews and analysis of sports technology products out on the web today, gathering more than 3 million views a month.

Terry Mandin, Microsoft
Terry Mandin is an Internet of Things Global Blackbelt Technical Solution Provider for Microsoft based in Calgary, Alberta. Terry is interested in all IoT projects but specializes in manufacturing and telematics. In the past, Terry has architected and developed industrial systems for Honeywell, as well as many pipeline and O&G companies in the Calgary area. He also has hands-on experience building cellular and satellite based big data solutions.
Ryan West, New York Yacht Club American Magic
As the Head of Athletic Performance for the New York Yacht Club American Magic team, Ryan manages all aspects of the sailing team's physiological and physical performance training. This includes developing a biometric measurement program for American Magic to allow for athlete monitoring in a highly dynamic environment. With a Masters in Exercise Science from the University of California, Davis, Ryan is entering into his third America’s Cup. As one of sailing’s premier events, the America’s Cup is the oldest competition in international sport and is a legendary contest between sailors and nations.
