FIT SDK 15.20 Update

Version 15.20 of the FIT SDK is now available on the downloads page.  Changes include a bug fix to float field sizes under Java and C.  Listeners may now be unsubscribed in Java and support for fractional timestamps is now available in all SDKs.  See FIT_ReleaseNotes.txt for further details.
