Hi, I am reaching out to look for a helping hand! I am sure I miss a tiny bit in order to get it working and I spend already too much meaningless hours trying to figure out whats wrong...

I try to get the example to run:nRF5_SDK_17.1.0/examples/ant/ant_plus/ant_bpwr/bpwr_tx/pca10040/s212/ses/ant_bpwr_tx_pca10040_s212.emProject

I am able to connect with my Garmin Edge but the power is always 0. I cant figure out how to debug and where the code crashes since debugging does not work for some reason.

I checked by RTT viewer but it always freezes and does not continue to run in the while(1) loop?!

Any ideas?
The latest Ant SDK (v2.0) only supports Soc nRF54L15. Is there a new adaptation plan or SDK support for using Soc nRF54L10, and does the use of version 3.0 of the nRF Connect SDK have any issues?

Posting here as the ANT General section seems completely unmanaged and overrun by bots...
I have an Adopter account and have requested an ANT evaluation license. It's been over a week now with no response. How long typically will I have to wait?
Thanks

I am working in a project to make available to athletes with lower purchasing power, some bike power sensors. I got hundreds of Garmin Vector, Vector S, Vector 2 and 2S. All of them are discontinued and have little official support or available internet information. Most of sensors are dual, left and right power meters and work only together. I need to know how to unlink/unpair left and right sensors, to work only with ths S (single) versions. By doing this, I will reach twice as many low-income athletes. I think that this must be a very simple configuration, but I don't know how to do it. Can you help me telling the software and steps to do that? This functionality is available on Vector 3, but it is not on older versions. Thank you very much for your time.

        hello,
we want to develop one Fitness Equipment, so we use the ANT_FE profile, and we also want to send the ANT_BPWR information . we use the NRF52832. but we found the tick of ANT_FE is 8192 ,the tick of ANT_BPWR is 8182. the least common multiple is 33513472, means about 1023 seconds, the two channel would conflict once. we have a try, and found the ANT_FE channel would missed once every several hundreds seconds.
How could we slove this problem?

I am looking for a way to get the electrical power from the battery to the motor sent to my Garmin Explore2. I have a simple power meter that does this now with a current shunt but the data is standalone. This would seem to be much simpler that a force-type power meter but I have not found any devices that do this. I just need something that measures voltage and current and some logic to combine it with speed/distance to determine efficiency as wh/km. Any ideas? Thanks.

        Hello,

I try to make homemade specific power sensors and I have some troubles to display some data.

As you can see in the picture, the power balance is working well on the wahoo GPS whereas it is not displayed correctly on the garmin and bryton devices. On the garmin and bryton devices, only the data of the left leg is displayed.
As explained in the ANT+ bicycle power device profile data page 0x10 we send the right power contribution and then the device should make the difference between 100% and the right power contribution to display the left-right power balance.
Would someone know why it is working on the wahoo device and not properly working on the others? On other devices, it makes the mathematical operation because it displays the left leg power contribution but doesn't want to display the right power contribution.

Also, we have troubles with the pedaling efficiently. We do not send that data from our prototypes, we only send zeros. And the right power efficiently is always cadence divided by 2, why is that?

Thank you in advance for your help,

Best regards,
Simon
Hello.

Im using the .NET library. Im connecting successfully to any of SimulANT+ Power Meter Devices I created using my application, all great!.

BUT, I cam to read the Bike Power datasheet in the docs.... How do i know which Data Page to use 0x10,0x11,0x12 etc..........I read that every device HAS to send these all over, which is understood.

Do I have cross reference the Connected Device (Using Commonpage) with the FIT profile data from Garmin, to get the Manufacturer names and then figure it out?

OR I can see in SimulANT profiles of the devices that are broadcasting that there is a 'Data Page Number' on each profile, can I get from that a Broadcastingmessage or request it?

cheers.

We have noticed that Garmin has updated firmware on recent head units (bike computers) so they now are not working well with our ANT+ certified power meter technology that is in – among others – the THM Clavicula crankset. This is obviously quite annoying for the end users – and also part of the reason for having this ANT+ program.

How do we get Garmin to fix this incompatibility introduced on Garmin bike computer 840 and 1040 from firmware 18.23 and 18.25 or later?

Let me know the procedure?
