LAS VEGAS, Nevada – September 18, 2015 – ANT Wireless, proven innovator in ultra-low power (ULP) wireless technology highlights the announcement of the new Dyno Velo Power Meter by Dyno Velo. This ANT+ enabled power meter is the first direct-measurement, friction-mounted power meter that fits inside a spindle crankset.

The Dyno Velo Power Meter is based on an extremely accurate transducer, with a design so simple and precise that only one strain gauge is needed. Features include:

• A rechargeable battery
• The newest TI analog-to-digital converter
• Patented employment of a gyroscope

It is the first power meter to be completely field calibrated for force calibration and temperature. Needing only a single weight for static calibration, the Dyno Velo Power Meter was designed to be installed by the home bike mechanic.
