ANT+ Radar profile version 2.1 available - important update

Version 2.1 of the ANT+ Radar device profile is now available at https://www.thisisant.com/developer/resources/downloads/#documents_tab.

This update makes important changes that ALL manufacturers using the profile, regardless of role, must be aware of.
