Overview

The nRF52 series of SoCs from Nordic Semiconductor offers flexibility and choice in Ultra Low Power (ULP) wireless, supporting wireless technologies ranging from Bluetooth 5, to ANT, to Zigbee and Thread, and beyond.  Visit Nordic Semiconductor for full details about any nRF52 series product.

In collaboration with Nordic Semiconductor, Garmin Canada is pleased to support the nRF52 series of ULP SoCs with SoftDevice packages that include the ANT ultra low power wireless protocol.  The SoftDevices are available as ANT-only (200 series) and concurrent ANT and Bluetooth (300 series), providing flexibility to serve specific product needs.

SoftDevice Licensing

ANT Wireless provides four stacks targeted exclusively for the nRF52 Series SoCs: These stacks are licensed for evaluation and commercial use, using a single agreement.

 

Evaluation Use:
• Not to be used for any commercial or revenue-generating purpose.

Commercial License Agreement and Royalty Reporting:
• Required for any commercial or revenue generating purposes
• You can obtain the Commercial License Key by clicking below on any of the commercial licenses for the SoftDevices that you need.
• Royalty rate is $0.08 per instance, with a minimum payment of $800 per six-month period.
