ANT is developed with simplicity and ease of use in mind. However as we are yet to develop an ANT version of the Vulcan mind meld, you may still need technical support. So here is a list of where to look for help:

Documentation and FAQs

You can find full explanations of how ANT works and how to implement ANT+ devices in the documentation available on the downloads page. In addition we have created a detailed list of Tech FAQs.

ANT Forum

Engineers learn from each other. We would like to share ANT experiences and to have the answers to ANT questions accessible to other engineers developing ANT products. We therefore encourage you to use the ANT Forum which provides answers to many common questions and allows for up to date discussions of current topics.

We welcome your participation in the ANT Forum, not just by posting questions, but also by answering questions from others.

Questions about ANT Hardware and Radio Implementation

Technical support for the hardware implementation (including radio performance) of ANT chips is provided by our semiconductor suppliers and their regional distributors. For nRF51422, nRF24AP2 and nRF24AP1, please contact Nordic Semiconductor. For CC2570, CC2571, CC2564 and WiLink 1271/1273, please contact Texas Instruments.

Direct Tech Support

If you are an ANT+ Annual member, or a registered owner of one of the two dev kits, AP2DK1 and C7EK1, you can access direct support by using our support form. This goes directly to the ANT+ Applications team of Garmin Canada and will be answered within 24 hours. Please note that you must be logged in to access this form.
