Interesting discussion. Personally, I seldom engage with payments features — I just lurk and enjoy the content. But I do value a smooth experience when I donate or pay for extra features, even if I don’t notice the backend. Delays or weird glitches always leave a bad impression, so if there’s a way to streamline that, I’m all for it from the user-perspective, even if I don’t deal with the admin side.
