Every time I try to "power through" my to-do list, I end up even more unmotivated the next day. Based on your experience, is there a way to maintain productivity without this constant, exhausting internal struggle?

Efficiency has much less to do with "grit" and much more to do with how you manage your brain's natural resistance to effort. I’ve personally found that the more you fight your own procrastination, the more power you give it. Instead of the usual "just do it" mantra, I started looking for ways to lower the entry barrier for every task I faced. I found a very practical breakdown of this concept that explained how to stop relying on willpower altogether. You can find more info here on Attainify about the specific methods I used to stop the self-sabotage. For me, the real breakthrough was realizing that being productive doesn't have to be a miserable experience if you actually understand the psychology behind why you’re stuck.
