Has anyone else noticed how games are starting to adapt dynamically to how we play — like they’re tracking everything and reshaping the experience in real time? I’m not saying it’s all bad, but it does make me wonder where the line is between personalization and manipulation.

Yeah, I’ve been thinking about that too. It’s not just about difficulty scaling anymore — some platforms are actively tweaking game mechanics on the fly to influence behavior. That includes everything from pacing to reward feedback loops. It gets really interesting (and a little unsettling) when you look into how crash-style games are being personalized; this article breaks it down pretty well: https://www.spoilertv.com/2025/05/how-crash-games-are-being-customized.html . Worth a read if you’re curious about the direction things are going.
