Hey everyone, has anyone ever hit that moment where you just stare at your sales dashboard and think, “Wow, this is a total disaster”? That was me last week. I had leads scattered in emails, spreadsheets, and sticky notes, and I honestly couldn’t tell which deals were hot or cold. Sometimes it amazes me how much easier life gets when you actually organize stuff properly.
