I have been unable to extract the heart rate from the hex code used in the log file and Garmin support dont know either and think it may be related to your app.<br /> I hope to capture HR data broadcast over ANT using nfr connect and nrf logger apps.which are saving data in attached log txt file. My HR is around 50 but the data seems to be encoded.<br /> <br /> The data has this form:I 09:24:53.543 Notification received from 6a4e2814-667b-11e3-949a-0800200c9a66, value: (0x) 6A-00-12<br /> A 09:24:53.543 "(0x) 6A-00-12" received.<br /> <br /> So for example I need to find how to read "(0x) 6A-00-14"<br /> <br /> I used chatgpt/Gemini to create python but even after examining the file, the AI cant convert it to actual HR. AI has tried 6 bit and 16 bit but returns wrong values, many zeros and a few large values like 126, in csv file. But from the Android API I know of no function to do this manually. <br /> So my question is: Does the API enable sensors automatically to send "advanced" data when I subscribe to an event like this? If so, what else could be the problem for not receiving any data? There are no any event received anymore (by IAntChannelEventHandler.onReceiveMessage). I made an additional handler that re-opens the channel if there are no messages for a period of time. So, when the app calls channel.close(), it immediately receives a large package of previous messages. After this, the channel opens again, works for 5-10 seconds and freezes again.<br /> <br /> Sometimes it even happens on channel.open() - no feedback from the service, i.e. It just didn't seem to open anything. <br /> <br /> Sometimes connecting/disconnecting the USB stick helps, sometimes you have to restart the phone for everything to be work normally.<br /> <br /> Log file is attached.
