I just became a new parent and was feeling super overwhelmed. Wanted to talk to someone without leaving home. Found online counselling bc and it’s really easy to use. The site connects you with BC therapists who do virtual sessions for stuff like parenting stress or anxiety using CBT or mindfulness. You can book a free call to find a good match. Honestly I liked how private it felt and how kind the therapist was.

When you're on the path of personal growth, it's important not only to seek answers but also to learn how to consciously work with yourself. It's not always enough to have knowledge or simply time for deep reflection, so you need support that helps you make sense of yourself. One of these tools is a workbook that helps structure your emotions and thoughts to integrate them into everyday life. This isn’t just talk, but a concrete guide for those who genuinely want to make a change. You may want to check out this website for yourself. Has anyone tried such practices? What’s it like working with these methods?
