I’ve been digging into different random video chat sites over the past few weeks, and the deeper I go, the more questions I have. Maybe some of you can share your thoughts and experiences. First off, how do you personally decide which platforms are trustworthy? Do you look at their privacy policies, or is it more about how the site feels when you start using it? I’ve noticed that some sites claim to care about security, but in practice, moderation is almost nonexistent. Do most of these sites really protect users, or are we taking their word for it?
Another question I keep asking myself, what actually makes a random chat site “good”? Is it about how quickly you connect with strangers, or the stability of the video quality? Do features like gender filters, location options, and text chat integration make a real difference, or are they just extra bells and whistles that most people don’t use?
While exploring, I stumbled across bazcoom, which looks interesting. But does anyone here actually use it regularly? Is it stable, safe, and active enough to recommend? Or is it just another average site among hundreds? If you’ve tried it, what stood out to you, the speed, the moderation, the design, or maybe something else?
