Benefits of olive oil

As I got older, I became more careful about choosing products and started including those that contain a lot of polyphenols, such as berries, olive oil and green tea, in my diet. The results were immediate. I had more energy and my skin became fresher.
Olive oil was especially surprising! It turns out that it is good for the skin, heart, and even improves digestion?!
