I’ve heard that buying property in Dubai can help you get residency. Does anyone know how that works? Is there a minimum property value or specific type of real estate you have to buy to qualify?

They walked me through every requirement: you need to buy a property worth at least AED 1 million in your own name (not on a mortgage). Once the title deed is ready, Tekce helps you apply for the residency visa directly through the Dubai Land Department. It’s valid for two years and renewable. They even arranged my medical test and Emirates ID appointment. Without their guidance, I would’ve been totally lost.
