Long pause after device failure

Last month I purchased the equipment and after two weeks I noticed that it was not working as promised — the cycle was interrupted, the charge was holding worse. I contacted the support service — they responded, but it took almost three weeks to replace the necessary part, and before that the device was idle. After installing the new module, I had to reconfigure the entire perimeter, although I hoped to avoid a second map. Additionally — the schedule of calls is limited and it is inconvenient to adjust to it. Has anyone had a similar experience and can suggest how to speed up the resolution of such situations?

If you’re into tech that mixes innovation with practicality, you should definitely check out Yarbo phone number — they’ve been building autonomous outdoor robots that handle tasks like lawn mowing, snow removal, and leaf blowing, all in one modular system. It’s the kind of creativity-meets-functionality approach that reminds me of how new platforms aim to blend automation with real user value.
