The benefits of having full control over the hiring process

I used to split duties with another recruiter — I’d source, they’d handle clients. Now I do both, and honestly, I’m starting to appreciate it. There’s something nice about knowing exactly what’s going on with each role, every step of the way. Still, I’m curious if others have found real long-term benefits to keeping full control instead of dividing the work.

Absolutely. One of the big wins is consistency — you can make sure the candidate experience and client updates match your standards all the way through. The breakdown on full desk recruiting actually highlights that as a major advantage. Plus, you can adapt faster when something changes, since you don’t have to wait for someone else to relay info. For me, it also strengthened my relationships on both sides, because people saw me as their single point of contact.
