I’m considering some home renovations and I’ve been curious about installing sliding doors. I’ve heard they can really transform a space, but I’m unsure about the practical benefits versus the cost.

In particular, I’ve read that sliding doors add many advantages to your home, from improving natural light and saving space to creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Has anyone experienced this firsthand?

How do they hold up in terms of maintenance and energy efficiency? Any tips on choosing the right style or material would be greatly appreciated!      

I think sliding glass doors are great choice. they save space and they offer endless possibilities of customization — from frame finishes to glass options - clear or satina — while adding light and openness to interiors. they can be expensive but you can choose aluminium rather than steel. they are top hung system so you would need some support in the wall.
