RMM software and professional services automation, usually with the use of an agent. For the most part, you need a local agent in order to fully benefit from your RMM tools, while there are some things that are possible (we'll investigate those a little later).

When equipment problems inevitably arise for those remote workers, you want to minimize downtime and productivity loss by getting things fixed as quickly as possible. Knowing when things are going wrong, however, is much more crucial than solving a problem while it's happening.
