Hi Marko,

I know that TI is working on what you are looking for, but it has not been released yet. For now I would keep checking the TI website:

http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/cc2570.html

If you need is urgent, possibly you can contact TI and get something out of them.

I'm looking for the same thing myself -- building an MSP430F2374 and CC2570 and some accelerometers into wearable sensors.

So far the closest to a reference design is the CC2500 (also a 2.4 GHz radio) in the ez430-RF2500 kit, specifically the ...RF2500T remote device. I'm using the schematic and PCB layout from that (and the same chip antenna) for the RF section of my board, and modifying the digital and peripheral device side to suit my needs.

The TI CC2570/1 datasheet (swrs095a, rev. March, 2011) gives a similar schematic (Fig. 12, etc.) for the RF section (but doesn't appear to have a BoM or component values). There's also some TI App Notes on antenna layout for 2.4 GHz and CC25xx radios.

BTW, the ANT overview in the CC2570/1 datasheet is a nice summary (better than reading the ANT spec wink

If anyone else has more current info to offer, please pipe up. Otherwise, stay tuned and I'll let you know how my boards work out smile

The reference design for the CC257x is now available at the following link:

@mikew67: How did the PCB manufacturing go? Were you able to make them work? @mare69: How was your design?
