I'm a little confused on Trax trainers. I've read that they use ANT, but don't support the standard pages so you are required to have their head unit to read the output.

Can anyone fill me in on Trax trainers, do they support ANT and if so what profile they use?

Besides, there is no publicly released profile for "Roller Trainers", afaik. So either they support the Bike Power profile or there's no public profile. They might even have decided to use a private network key which would make these devices invisible in the public ANT+ network.      

I will also try to get further information for you. From their website it seems they are ANT+ compatible with power meters at the very least.

they may have implemented their own ANT wireless (i.e. not ANT+) solution for the head unit.
