I've found a company that has a digital display (96x96 pixel) watch that might be able to be converted to an ANT+ enabled device IF there is enough interest. While thinking it would mostly be a development/demo platform, there is also the possibility of it being OEM'd for a consumer product. Its actually a very good looking watch - see metawatch.org
To move forward, need to convince manufacturer of a demand. So if an ANT watch is of interest, please let me - and the manufacturer - know!
