Hi,

Can a third party HR chest strap work on Garmin watch?

Also can a third party ANT+ iPhone dongle (like Wahoo) receive other ANT+ devices (like Gamin HR cheststrap)?      

Hello,

As long as the third party HR chest strap is set up to broadcast on the ANT+ network, a ANT+ enabled Garmin watch will receive the ANT+ data from the HRM.

Likewise, ANT+ iPhone dongles should receive information from any ANT+ device.
