Unfortunately, the schematics you have requested are proprietary. However, I would suggest you have a look at the Development Kit User Manual. It has a pin out for the battery board.

Hi,

The PORTSEL pin is tied to ground. The CP2102 chip on the USB interface board is a USB <-> UART interface, so it cannot do synchronous communication.
