Hello,

Is someone could explain me how to get the device number with the serial # and the manufacturer ID ?
"When used in combination with the Manufacturer ID and the upper 16 bits of the serial number transmitted in this message, a unique identification of the heart rate monitor can be made."
But what is this combination which enable me to get the device number ?

What is this link between serial#, manf ID and device ID ?
device ID = serial# (link) manf ID

device number is part of the channel ID, this is NOT part of the data payload of an HRM.

The Mfg ID and serial number *may* be reported in the data payload of an HRM (i.e. if the HRM supports those data pages)
