Our application broadcasts an ANT+ bike power signal from a computer with an ANT+ USB stick. This seems to work on all devices we've tested except the Garmin edge 510. Pairing works fine but the edge just displays zero power even though we are broadcasting non-zero power.
Does anyone know if there is something unique to the 510 that would cause this?

The Edge 510 should be able to display the bike power properly. I were wondering if the PC sent the correct power data to the Edge510. Can you please use ANT+ sensor simulator v1.9 test again?
Let me know if you still have same problem.

Are you using the power only page to transmit the power? Are you incrementing the event counters and accumulated power fields? Some bike computers may show zero power if there are no event updates, as that would indicate there are no new measurements.

If you are creating a bike power sensor, you may also want to have a look at the certification requirements and test tool for additional potential compatibility issues, and also to get your product listed on the Product Directory
