Hi I have many serious problems with ant+ and my phone.

My phone:
i9100 with AOKP rom and android 4.2.2
Run.gps

My ant+
Garmin usb stick 011-02209-00
Garmin Premium Heart Rate Monitor 010-10997-02
usb otg

My problem it's that. My fitness application (run.gps) find hrm, but after some time i lost the connection from phone adn hrm.
Many other time, the phone go off.

After this problem, i tried to use my app without connect ant+ devices, but phone "go in crash" like with ant+ hrm.

At the end i uninstalled "ANT Radio Service" and "ANT USB Service" and phone come back perfect.

So I deducted that the problem it's just of this 2 services.

Can someone help me to solve this issue?

thx.

Hi,

Could you post debug logs of when this occurs?
Have you tried to keep other 3rd party OTG devices (not USB sticks, mice, keyboards, etc) connected without this happening?
Does this happen with only the ANT Radio Service installed?

Hi.
Thanks for reply.
Yes, I had problems just with radio service, because before I tried to use usb otg with pendrive and mouse and work fine.
I will try to use adb logcat but I don't know how I can connect 2 usb device with the phone.
Cheers.

Hi,

Sorry, I asked because devices such as pen drives or mice don't use the Android USB Host API, they go directly through lower level services.

You can either plug a hub into your Android device, or you can use a tool such as WiFi ADB to send debug data over WiFi, or you can save the log on your device using something such as Catlog, the last option is probably the easiest.

Thanks!
