what is the unit of speed and distance when received from onNewCalculatedSpeed and onNewCalculatedAccumulatedDistance???

I am using SimulAnt+ and the speed is configure at 27.000 which is in km/h however when I am looking at the Speed received from the Ant+ Plugin Sampler the calculated speed is 7.5.
     

I'd guess, the SI unit: m/s (= km/h / 3.6).
