I have a problem with the SimulANT+, when I open it the panel is empty, I just see the ANT DEVICES and the refresh button, but I cant do anything. Any Idea?
I'm using window 8.
The list of "ANT Devices" only contains entries, if and when:
1. you have at least one ANT USB stick plugged into your PC/notebook
2. the ANT USB stick isn't used and locked by any other application (typical culprits: Garmin ANT Agent, Garmin Express).
I assume that your problem is no. 2. So exit ANT Agent (you find its "Mickey Mouse" icon in the Windows tray).
Garmin Express is more clandestine and invasive. I found that I have to open Windows "Services" and end "Garmin Core Update Service" to get rid of its unwanted obtrusiveness.
