According to "nRF51422 Specification for Industrial Temperature Range" from Nordic Semiconductor, we have tested and validated the operation of N550 module (N550M8CC and N550M4CC) from -40°C to +85°C.

A new N5 module datasheet v1.7 has been released.

Can you please tell me some specifications details about the nRF51422?
Also what are the specifications of the N550 Module?
What are their applications in the industry and in the other fields?
