Is there documentation for using the S310 network processor firmware? Since it's a combined BLE/ANT soft device I assume there are some specific commands for switching between BLE and ANT. I've looked on both the Nordic and ANT websites and cannot seem to find anything discussing the usage or commands for the network processor firmware. I was hoping to use the S310 network processor firmware instead of trying to modifying our existing design to run directly on the nRF51.      

Yes, but although it can run on the S310 SoftDevice, the S310 Network Processor does not support BLE commands over the serial interface, only ANT. You will have to decide whether it is more expedient to add those commands to the network processor, or to port your existing code to the nRF51.
