I recently purchases a powertap G3 and have had issues upgrading the software on a MacBook using poweragent. I have now reached the stage where any of my ant devices (joule and cat eye) cannot register any power from the unit. They can register cadence and speed from my garmin speed and cadence sensor. Is the power unit gone? Is the ant device in the powertap gone?
When I plug the powercap with the battery to the computer, poweragent tells me that the firmware has been upgraded. Without the battery, it does not seem to work.I am at a loss here and would appreciate any help.
