When we first connect to FE-C bicycle trainer without setting any resistance the trainer will try to simulate real road feeling. But we can freely set the resistant level for many scenario.
But how can I reset this setting without turn off and turn on the trainer?

Hi hisoft,

I'm not sure I understand the use-case completely. The trainer is automatically simulating road conditions, But when you send commands over ANT+, does that not control the resistance level?

When I send command to control resistance level it does control the resistance. But I cannot reset it back to the previous state (like I never control it). Even when send default value it not completely the same as before.

Ah I see now.

If the trainer you are working with supports ANT+ simulation mode over the air, then sending an incline and track resistance (51) or a wind resistance page (50) should put it back into simulation mode.

If the trainer does not support this feature over the air, then you'll have to ask the manufacturer if there is a reset feature - there may not be.

I tested it today with SimulANT+ and understand it a bit more.
I can set target power and can reset it back to simulation mode (by send default value 0xFF to it). The things was it didn't the same as before I send any commands. I think it was manufacturer things. So I decide to send default value at the start of my application to make sure it have the same behavior every time I want.

Thank you for your advice.

The ANT+ FE-C profile does not define any invalid values for target power. Which trainer are you using for this?
