Hi All,
I am trying to code in C/C++ to get speed from bicycle and send resistance (characteristic value) to bicycle.
Can anybody please guide me where to start. I have read ANT documentation about channel ID and Master/Slave mode/ Device Profiling etc. But i am not able to start coding.
I have tried given ANT LIB / DEMO LIB projects. but am not able to search nearby bicycles, which can be searched in 'Zwift' (a game to play with Bicycle).
I am not able to get started with code. I have just completed an iOS app for this purpose but for PC i need your support to get started, kindly guide me to code just to List down nearby devices.

Thanks in Advance.

Zwift supports both BLE and ANT+ connections. Have you confirmed that the bicycle you are trying to connect to has an ANT+ power sensor?

You mention resistance. Are you trying to connect to a trainer or a bike power sensor? They have different channel parameters defined in the respective device profile documents. For a trainer, you should see the ANT+ FE-C logo on the product packaging and documentation if it supports resistance. The power profile does not support resistance.

Have you tried downloading SimulANT+ from the software downloads section of the website? This is a great tool to confirm that the bicycle you believe is transmitting an ANT+ profile is in fact transmitting that profile, and to determine the channel parameters.
