How to send every new data received to Matlab.

I am able to use the Simulant+ and the inbuilt scripts to log the data into the CSV file. However I want to use the power reading to control a motor using MATLAB. I want to know that is there a way that I could store every new unique power reading into something so that MATLAB can read them and control the motor immediately.

I have tried editing the inbuilt power display script in Simulant+ to store and update the data into a SQL database but Simulant+ say the that the module sqllite3 does not exist. However running the script on its own in Python is not giving the same error.

I am attaching the screenshot of the Simulant+ error for anyone's reference.

Please let me know if anyone has a solution to the problem.
