There is not a way of increasing the data rate via ANT+. The Radar profile is actually quicker than most of the other Bike sensor related profiles. For the use case it's designed for the rate is plenty quick enough, What are you trying to do? ANT+ profiles all have a fairly low data rate the protocal is really designed with this low duty cycle of the radio for an indevidual sesnor in mind. It's fairly important to allow for good co-existance especially with lots of sensors all clos together like in a peloton.
