We have noticed that Garmin has updated firmware on recent head units (bike computers) so they now are not working well with our ANT+ certified power meter technology that is in – among others – the THM Clavicula crankset. This is obviously quite annoying for the end users – and also part of the reason for having this ANT+ program.
How do we get Garmin to fix this incompatibility introduced on Garmin bike computer 840 and 1040 from firmware 18.23 and 18.25 or later?
