As far as we know, there are only ANT+ Garmin HRM. Therefore, it is better to contact Garmin and check if they have only ANT HRM. The link below will direct you to their forum:

As for the received data: 4e 00 58 2A 91 51 39 01 07 EE
it is not a valid ANT+ HRM message.

Unfortunately, any broadcast message is a valid ANT+ HRM message.

Try wearing the strap and see if the numbers change with your heartbeats.
