Cracked Screen During a Trip—Worth Repairing on the Go?

Dropped my phone on a stone path while traveling and the screen cracked right across the middle. It still worked, but I could barely swipe or type without hitting dead spots. I didn’t want to waste half a day at a repair shop in a city I didn’t know, but waiting until I got home felt risky too. Has anyone dealt with a phone repair while on the road? Was it worth getting it fixed right away, or better to wait for a trusted place back home? Curious how others handled this mid-trip dilemma.

Battery drain hit hard during a long bike session, but the real issue started after plugging into a dodgy power bank—screen froze, then the whole device shut down. Back in the city, I looked around for reliable phone repair shops that wouldn’t charge a fortune just to run diagnostics. Found that site and got everything sorted faster than expected. They pinpointed the damage, replaced the affected components, and had it back to 100% within hours—no upsells, no drama, just straight-up help when I needed it.
