Set up new home alerts on Zillow for three ZIP codes, but despite matching listings going live, I never received any email or in-app notifications. I reviewed my notification settings and confirmed alerts were enabled, then submitted their customer-service form with my search criteria, yet still no updates. Has anyone resolved silent saved-search alerts and eventually seen notifications restored? Which exact details prompted Zillow’s team to fix the notification issue?
