Mr. Cooper autopay never kicked in

I’m juggling work deadlines and my toddler’s preschool schedule, so I set up autopay with Mr. Cooper to avoid late fees. The first payment date passed and no withdrawal happened, leaving my account marked “Due.” I checked my bank balance (enough funds), logged into my mortgage portal, and even tried re-enabling autopay—nothing changed. I filled out their customer-service form but didn’t get a confirmation. Has anyone managed to kickstart a stalled mortgage autopay and actually seen the payment run? Which specific details prompted Mr. Cooper to take action?

When my payment didn’t post, I gathered three key pieces before reaching back out. First, I noted the exact date I scheduled autopay and the mortgage amount. Second, I snapped a screenshot of the “Due” status on my dashboard. Third, I pulled up my bank’s transaction showing no debit on that date. I then submitted all that in one message via https://mr-cooper.pissedconsumer.com/review.html along with a brief note explaining my tight schedule. Under 24 hours later, Mr. Cooper’s support team replied apologizing for the glitch, manually processed the payment, and confirmed future withdrawals would occur automatically. Combining complete context and proof in a single request unlocked a prompt, accurate fix.
