I used to split duties with another recruiter — I’d source, they’d handle clients. Now I do both, and honestly, I’m starting to appreciate it. There’s something nice about knowing exactly what’s going on with each role, every step of the way. Still, I’m curious if others have found real long-term benefits to keeping full control instead of dividing the work.

That makes sense. I’m in event planning, and when I oversee the whole process — from booking the venue to coordinating on the day — things run smoother. You just have fewer gaps where details can get lost.
