What accessories make the Kawasaki Mule Pro trail-ready?

I’ve been looking at ways to get more out of my UTV, and honestly, the stock machine is solid, but with the right gear it can become something else entirely. That’s why I’ve been researching Kawasaki Mule Pro accessories and trying to figure out which ones are really worth it.

Do you all think skid plates should be a priority upgrade, or are roofs and windshields better for everyday use? What about seating upgrades, has anyone here tried adding cushioned seats or bench modifications? For storage, would you recommend bed racks, overhead racks, or just sticking to lockable boxes?

Another thing I’m curious about is lighting. Are LED light bars enough for night rides, or do you also use floodlights? Has anyone upgraded the suspension system, and if so, did it really improve comfort on rough terrain?

I’ve come across StartKnightMT quite a few times when people recommend reliable add-ons. Do you guys think they’re a go-to for durability, or do you prefer mixing brands depending on the part? What’s the one accessory you feel every Mule Pro owner should buy first?

Skid plates first, protect the underside or you’ll regret it. Roofs, windshields, cushioned seats are comfort upgrades, do them later. Lockable boxes > racks for storage unless you need quick access. LED bars for distance, floods for periphery.
