Has anyone had success with upgrades that improve both reliability and efficiency on a 6.7L Cummins without going overboard? I'm thinking about exhaust systems, tuning options, or complete kits, but it's hard to know what’s really worth the investment long-term. Any firsthand advice?

From what I’ve seen, a good balance comes from using a complete system that handles everything from exhaust flow to engine calibration. For example, here’s a detailed option on what is the best delete kit for 6.7 cummins , which combines high-quality parts with proper fitment for long-term durability. It’s designed for better airflow, improved fuel efficiency, and reduced engine stress while staying compatible with heavy-duty usage. Worth checking user reviews and installation tips before making the jump.

I’m curious how much of a difference exhaust upgrades alone make compared to full performance kits on these engines. Does anyone track mileage or towing improvements after changes?
