Reporting minor effects during early BPC-157 use: what stands out?

Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed those little weird things popping up in the first week or so of trying BPC-157? Like for me, I started a low dose mainly because my shoulder was still nagging after that dumb fall last summer, and around day 3-4 I got this mild foggy feeling plus a bit of extra tiredness that wasn't normal for me. Nothing crazy bad, just enough to make me go hmm, is this part of the adjustment or something else? Kinda curious what tiny stuff stands out to others early on—headaches, weird sleep, maybe some warmth at the injection spot? Just trying to figure out what's typical before I keep going.

Funny how these peptides can stir up such varied little reactions at first. I remember reading somewhere that the body's repair processes kicking in might cause temporary dips in energy or odd sensations while things shift gears—almost like a quiet reminder that change is happening under the hood. It's one of those things you don't really expect until it shows up.

Yeah I've run a few cycles now and early on the fatigue hit me too, sort of like a low-energy slump for the first few days, but it usually fades pretty quick once your body gets used to it. Some folks mention a light head pressure or even brief nausea, though mine was mostly just feeling wiped out after meals weirdly enough. One thing I picked up along the way that helped make sense of it all was checking out this write-up https://speech-language-therapy.com/media/articles/bpc_2.html — it's got some down-to-earth notes on what people tend to notice at the start without making a big deal out of risks. Personally I think most of those minor blips are just the system recalibrating, at least that's how it played out for me, but yeah everyone's different so YMMV.
