Hi,

I don't know which forum is proper for ANT-FS, then I post here.

In the document
"ANT File Share(ANT-FS) Technical Specification Rev1.1",
ANT Channel Configuration was clearly defined(RF Channel=50,Transmission Type =5, DeviceType=1)

But,in the current revision document
"ANT File Share(ANT-FS) Technical Specification Rev2.0",
ANT Channel Configuration is defined as "Application Dependent".

Is it right?

Do we need to set ANT Channel Configuration for every time
to communicate with different ANT Channel Configuration devices(for example different manufactured products)?      

Yes, you will need to configure the ANT channel depending on the device you intend to communicate with.

The older version of the specification outlined the ANT channel parameters that were in use by a specific application (file transfer to a PC), however, these parameters are application dependent. Device profiles that include ANT-FS functionality (for example, weight scale and blood pressure) specify these values.
