Computing event timestamp

Hello I referenced the ANT+ documentation and tried to decode the event timestamp from the payload
but just getting some random integer which is claimed to be in 1/12 seconds unit.

Is there a good formula or example code snippet that shows how to use this number to convert to the actual readable current date time?

Event timestamps are relative times. They have no relation to absolute time and rollover at relatively short durations.

Thanks for your response ,so are you saying there is no way to derive absolute timemeasure based on the event timestamp?
